Eric Maurer is a Principal with The Alexander Group, Inc., a sales and marketing management consulting firm that specializes in the effective use of resources to maximize sales and profits for its clients and shareholders. Eric has 12 years of management consulting experience, working with companies across several of the Firm's key industries including telecommunications, communications equipment manufacturers, software, computer peripherals and healthcare. He is responsible for the Firm's operations and personnel in the Midwest U.S. Eric enjoys navigating the dynamic sales environment and the opportunity to work with sales leaders to identify and execute against short and long term growth opportunities.

Recent Engagements 
Eric recently worked with an education service provider to design and implement a new sales segmentation and coverage model to better position the company for growth and solidify themselves as a market leader. He also developed a new coverage model for a Fortune 100 transportation company by assisting them in merging multiple acquired organizations into one sales organization. He has also recently worked with a large chemical manufacturer to develop consistent job roles and incentive compensation structures for their global sales organization.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining The Alexander Group, Eric managed an independent retail operation. He was responsible for all purchasing, merchandising and staffing decisions.
